Using the Word Application
Step 1: Open the Word application on your computer.
Step 2: Click on the "Home" tab located in the top left corner of the Word window.
Step 3: Below "New," select "Blank Document" from the options provided to open a new, blank document.

Step 1: Open the Word application on your computer.
Step 2: Click on the "New" tab on the left side of the Word Window.
Step 3: Below "New," select "Blank Document" to open a new, blank document.
Using the Web Version
Step 1: Open Word in your web browser. You can access the web version of the application through the "All Virtual Programs" web page on the college's website.
Step 2: Under the "Create New" heading select "Blank Document" from the options provided to open a new blank document.
