How do I find books in a specific collection (e.g.: poetry, graphic novels, young adult fiction)?

You can search for all the books in a specific collection or search within a specific collection on the library's online print catalogue.

As an example, please see the following instructions for how to search for books in the young adult fiction collection.

On the library's website, click on the link "Print Books", below the Heritage OneSearch, to access the online print catalogue.

The library's online print book catalogue will open in a new window.

On this page, click on the link "Advanced Search" below the search bar.

On the Advanced Search page, click on the button "Collection" below the search bars.

A list of all the print book collections available in the library will open.

Click on the box next to the collection you want to search.  For this example, we will click on the box next to the Young Adult Fiction collection.

If you want to browse all of the books in that collection, click "Search."

A results page will load with all of the titles in that collection.

However, if you want to search for a specific topic, genre, title, and/or author in that collection, type your terms in the search bars and then click "Search."

A results page will load with all of the historical fiction books within the Young Adult Fiction collection.
